JOIN THE LIFT-A-THON

2nd Annual Demon Lift-a-thon November 20th-25th What it’s about? Raising money to enhance the quality of our weight room. The Demon and Leopard wrestling teams will be hosting wrestle-offs and an inter-squad scrimmage on Nov. 21st @ 6 pm.

Jingle Bell 5K Run & Walk

The Fitness Zone is offering KCSD student​s​ and teachers a special discount rate of $15.00 on this year​’​s Jingle Bell 5K Run & Walk.  This discounted rate is offered to only KCSD employees and students.  An award will be given for the school with the most runners/walker ​s​  in the race. All proceeds from the race go to
