Thrower’s Ten


endorses the “THROWER’S TEN EXERCISE PROGRAM” for quarterbacks, volleyball hitters, shot put/discus  athletes, golfers, baseball and softball players. The Thrower’s Ten Program is designed to exercise the muscles and connective tissue necessary for safe throwing. The program’s goal is to be an organized and concise exercise program. In addition, all exercises included are specific to the thrower and are designed to improve strength, power and endurance of the shoulder complex musculature to decrease the potential for injury and maximize performance.
